Create a developer account
Go to developer.pagerduty.com and sign up. Free, separate from paid plans.

Register Seren as an OAuth 2.0 App
Get your CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET from the developer portal.

Set redirect URI
http://localhost:3000/integrations/callback/pagerduty
You don't need a paid PagerDuty account
Your users' companies already pay for PagerDuty. You register Seren once via the free developer account. Users connect their existing company account to Seren. You never pay for PagerDuty at scale.
